Miles is a seasoned advocate, former staffer for legislators and the office of the governor, executive director of a statewide nonprofit serving youth leaders, and an active leader in his communities. 

Miles will bring an important perspective to the Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District with his ability to balance representing all voices with the critical assessment of community-wide needs.
